About SAH Building & Improvements
SAH Building & Improvements specialise in external works around all property buildings and structures up to 25 metres height.
We offer building, refurbishment, repairs, maintenance, installation, demolition and cleaning services.
Our towable elevating work platform (21m/69ft height and 12m/39ft outreach) makes a difference in comparison with traditional scaffolding as we can access, change sites and set up very quickly.
Fully Qualified Workers
Our cooperators are very experienced, trained and fully aware of all health and safety requirements in trades we are performing.
Recent certification includes : IPAF, PASMA, LANTRA, WORK AT HEIGHT & HARNESS.
Training has been provided on following aspects : HSE H&S Toolkit, Asbestos Awareness, Environmental Awareness, Fire Safety, First Aid, Good Housekeeping, Hand-Arm Vibration, Hazardous Substances, High Pressure Jetting, PPE, Safe Use of Ladders and Stepladders, Safe Working on and near Roofs, Small Sites Manual Handling, Selection, Management and Use of MEWP.
Our co-workers are also aware of : Protecting the Public and Safety at Street Works, Equality Act 2010, CDM 2015 Regulation 15 + using Contractors and Avoid.
